Sublease a Channel lets you invite other Strimm users to collaborate on your channel with specific permissions. Available on the Channel Subleasing Pro plan.

Inviting a contributor
- Enter the contributor's email address — they must already have a Strimm account registered with that email.
- Select the permissions you want to grant (see below).
- Click Send an Invite. The contributor receives an email with a secure confirmation link.
- Once they confirm, they appear in the Invited contributors table with their status shown as Confirmed.
Contributor permissions
You can mix and match any combination of the following:

| Can manage VOD | Access and manage Video-on-Demand content for this channel |
| Can manage channel subscriptions | Configure and manage viewer subscription settings |
| Can edit schedules | Add, change, and delete items on the TV Program Calendar |
| Can edit VAST | Configure VAST tag settings for ads |
| Can manage pay-per-view | Set up and manage pay-per-view events and access |
Use Select all to grant every permission at once.
Managing existing contributors
The Invited contributors table shows each contributor's name, email, confirmation status, date invited, and current permissions. To remove a contributor or change their permissions, contact Strimm support or re-invite them with updated permissions.
What contributors see
Contributors access the shared channel through their own Strimm account. The channel appears in their studio with only the tools their permissions allow — they cannot access your other channels, billing, or account settings.
