The 14-day trial begins when your selected plan is activated and ends 14 calendar days later. It includes access to the Strimm dashboard and the Web-plan capabilities included with your subscription. Payment information is required, and subscription billing begins after the trial unless canceled. Custom app configuration requires a separate App Setup order. Delays in providing app information, developer-account access or branding assets do not extend or restart the 14-day trial.

Strimm uses a link-based media workflow rather than storing uploaded video files. Connect supported video sources or add direct MP4 or HLS (.m3u8) links from your video CDN. This keeps your media storage and delivery under your control, and Strimm does not add video-storage or bandwidth charges. Your selected CDN or video provider may charge its own storage or bandwidth fees.

It covers standard branding configuration, required asset and account checks, connection to the selected network, packaging and the standard initial store-submission process for one individual app. Store developer fees, custom features, redesigns and resubmissions caused by changed customer requirements are separate.

The setup fee is separate from the free trial and becomes non-refundable once Strimm begins manual configuration or submission work. The customer must approve this condition in a separate order before work starts.

Yes. Branded apps are submitted through developer accounts that you own, registered as organization accounts rather than individual accounts. Depending on the platform and your account's verification status, a D-U-N-S Number may be required as part of that organization enrollment. Any platform membership or account fees charged by Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku are paid directly to those platforms.

Usually, yes, for the organization accounts used in Strimm app launches. A D-U-N-S number is a free nine-digit business identifier issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Apple requires it for organization enrollment, and Google Play requires it for organization developer accounts. Check whether your legal entity already has one before requesting a new number. Your legal name and address must match your official business records.

Yes. You can change plans or add apps as your distribution needs grow. A completed App Setup form is required for every app because each platform has separate technical, account and branding requirements. Activating a new plan does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. If you no longer need the previous plan, contact Strimm to coordinate its cancellation and avoid overlapping charges.

Channel Subleasing Pro allows you to create and manage up to 100 subleased client channels. You can give individual clients permission to manage their own channels while you resell access to the channel and its Web-plan capabilities. Channel Subleasing Pro is designed for web broadcasting. TV and mobile apps are not included.

Yes. Every Strimm account—including paid accounts—can make its channels available on Strimm.com at no additional charge. This optional distribution benefit helps you share your programming with viewers around the world. Channels viewed on Strimm.com use the Strimm-branded viewing experience. Paid-plan presentation settings, including white-label branding and custom website/player settings, do not apply on Strimm.com, and the Strimm logo remains visible. Paid customers may choose not to distribute their channels on Strimm.com.

No. In the current Strimm Apple TV app, use direct MP4 files or HLS streams from a properly configured video CDN. YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion links are not supported.

The current Strimm Roku app does not support ordinary YouTube or Dailymotion page links. Vimeo can work only when the customer has an eligible Vimeo plan, a properly scoped API token, rights to the video, and direct playback-file access compatible with the Strimm integration. For reliable Roku distribution, use CDN-hosted .mp4 or .m3u8 media that you control.

No. Dailymotion sources are not supported in the current Strimm TV-app products. Dailymotion provides supported player integrations for web, iOS and Android, but Strimm should not imply universal connected-TV support. Use a direct CDN-hosted copy of content you are authorized to distribute.

Yes, the current Strimm apps for these Android-based TV environments can support YouTube through the approved embedded-player integration. Playback must continue to follow YouTube player, branding, autoplay and identification requirements. Confirm final behavior on each production build.

A content delivery network (CDN) hosts and delivers media through direct, app-compatible links. Examples include Bunny.net, DynTube, Cloudflare Stream, or a properly configured AWS video-delivery workflow. Google Drive, Dropbox and similar file-sharing or general storage services are not video CDNs. Their standard sharing links cannot be used as reliable Strimm media-source URLs.

Direct MP4 and HLS (.m3u8) links from a properly configured video CDN provide the most consistent playback across the Strimm web player and supported apps. Both formats can be used for scheduled linear channels and on-demand programming, subject to the applicable app platform's media requirements.
